Bundle ZIP Download instructions
 

1.  Click on the link to download the lesson

2.  A dialog box will pop up and ask you if you want to "open", or "Save" the file.

3.  Select the "Save" option.

4.  Choose a place to put the file on your hard drive.  I suggest the "desktop", or creating a folder called "jfrocks" and inside that folder a folder named for the Product Title.  i.e. "skin scuba" etc.

5.  Click Save.  The ZIP EXE file will now download to the folder you chose to send it.

6.  After the file downloads, click on it.

7.  Browse for a place to extract the content to and click "extract" or Open or what ever option it gives you.

8.  Go to the folder you extracted the exe zip file to, and you'll see a folder named for the lesson that you downloaded.


Inside of that folder will be all of the html tabs, literature, music, jam tracks, & video associated with the lesson.  All photos will be there and no online connection is needed to view the lesson's literature or content.
